Help ID'ing these Oakley Bibs?

Can someone ID what model of bibs or season these are from... the color remind me of the rocco jacket, but I can't even remember what season those are from. I've looked through '09-'16 winter catalogs and no dice... Please Help?

Ugly wasn't the first thought in mind... it was actually POPTARTS

I can tell you from the given velcro used in these they're post 2000, I work in product design - its my job to notice those kinds of things.
 
Those are Air Raids (the Red Simon Dumont Suit) just in a different color. I want to say they were from the 09/10 season.
