Go to your local thrift shop and buy track pants

almost any pants can be baggy if you buy in a large enough size, I ride random xl pants my dad used to wear. Harlaut pants are more expensive but are made extra wide so you can go baggy without the pants being 12 inches below your ankles. Honestly just go to your local snow store and try all the black pants in very large sizes to see what you like.
