Help From Ski Techs Wanted!

Hey NS, i gauged my base on a screw that was sticking up normally i wouldnt be worried but it is leaving part of the edge exposed and lifted up a tiny bit of the edge,

How would I get this fixed?what would be done, because i dont want my ski tech to bullshit me.

Is it necessary to get even get it fixed?

You can p-tex it but it might not stay in there if the core shot is down to the core of the ski, you might need base weld. Also that edge looks pretty bad so you might wan't to consider bringing it to a shop to have them fix it.
