I really need some help on rails, ive kinda been avoiding them but everytime i hit one, it seems my back ski catches, i never really slide out but kinda skide off the rail. any tips? im desperate

You're probably not landing with your skis flat. If your ski is up on edge, it catches a lot easier. Think about landing with equal weight on both skis. You want them about shoulder width apart because if you go much wider, it is harder to keep them both flat. Also, make sure you get completely sideways on the rail. The last thing I would say is maybe take a bit more speed into the rail. It will help you slide more smoothly.

jump a full 90. then look at the end of the rail. make sure ur low and your legs are shoulder width apart. when you jump on keep the rail inb/t your legs as your coming up to it. then slide! not that bad once you got it

^^true dat-less time on the rail means less chance of a bad fall

make sure u commit, turn 90 degrees and spread your legs. Staying centered prevents falling forward or backward onto the rail or off either side. Practice on a small, long rail with a small gap between the jump and rail to get your sliding down
