Yeah so could anyone give me some tips to start inlining, i started today and most of the time like i had 1 foot on the rail and the other one was like .. not on the rail and it was pretty sketch, I know it was only my first day but does anyone has any advice to give me? I know a lot of people here are good inliners.... Thanks for helpin!

shit didnt read topic just get good at skating then get a small rail and put it on the grass and grind it to get balance then just pratice at skateparks ledges and jsut pratice

haha well at least your honest, i already got my blades and my practicing like a on small ledge at the skatepark near my house, i guess that i could do the same thing on the side walk tho lol

yea just build a prail and like put it on the lawn next to the cement and pratice on that so if u fall u fall on grass and just pratice pratice

pretend you are on skis and hit the rail. if you are trying souls, it will require lots of practice since its completely different than skiing or anything else.

hahaha NEEWWB

lawlz jk, i'm all about soul grinds i find them easier than front side for some reason and i stated out w/o speed just triying to jump onto the rail and trying to balance and get used to jump and set my feet to soul.

Then I'd try with speen but steping up so you get speed on a long ledge step your soul plate then place the font foot on the ledge...

and for dropping into ramps if your having trouble just lean forward as much as you can at 1st, set your feet on the coping and just roll in or step into it which is the way i do it. for bowl to get speed try to bend your knees a lot when your coming up the ramp like half way just push up as if you were gonna jump. idk if that makes sense but i hope that helped.

looking forward to watching your sick skate edits soon vinie!! afterbang that shit and everything.

kinda odd, I had a dream last night that I was absolutely slaying some rails on my rollerblades. It was sick, until I woke up.

While we're on the topic of helping new inliners, I've got a couple questions of my own. First, how do you want your blades to fit? Do you want them tighter like ski boots, or a little loose? Also, how many people on here prefer to have the two wheels underfoot as opposed to only having only the ones in the toe and heel?

i got only 2 weels and its cool for me cause im a beginer and its easyer to make rails cause if your not totally centered it will go back to center with 4 wells you would probobly bail if you werent on perfect center

update: now i can 270 out, and more or less switch up and i can ride switch a bit and i can also hurt my self and look like an idiot very easily!

yeah dude for sure. I just started inling a few weeks ago fun huh??? Yeah so if your going onto the rail from the right side but your back foot on first for starters(that would be your right foot if your doing a front side) then put your other foot on. Once you practice that than start hopping on. For 360s you just got to commit once you commit its REALLY easy. Before you start doing like Porn Star grinds learn the stall first. A really good vid to watch is this, its will help out alot -http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzCh3vVRcWk&feature=email (the kids a fag but whatever) You can also go to Aggressivemall.com and theyll answer ANY questions. they have great costumer service and they have a Youtube channel with trick tips and stuff. Anymore questions just tell me. ++++Karma plz haha What kind of skates do you have?
