HELP black stripes in my cam

I got an almost brand new Panasonic Nvgs320 and today I wanted to put some footage on my pc which usually worked fine, but today it doesnt work as it should. I was looking for the right spot on the tape when suddenly the cam started to show all footage with regular black stripes in it. even that footage I shooted after I detected the problem to look if the tape was damaged. I even tried a new tape, same problem. So, what the hell happened to my cam!?!?

Need desperate help, now!
 
finally solved it, but I still don´t have a clue what happened. I guess the stripes appeared after quick winding the tape to its complete end, and they dissapeared after doing the sam thing again.

Anyone who can explain that to me?
