Help! Best way to get from airport to Whis??

take 424 from yvr to airport loop, transfer onto 98 B-line. Get off 98 b-line at seymour and Georgia. Walk West to Georgia and Burrard. Wait at sign that says Greyhound. Look up schedules at www.translink.bc.ca and www.greyhound.ca cost is $3.75 for public buses and $20 for greyhound.
Compare the cost of flights to Seattle, you might be able to save some money by taking a domestic flight to Seattle, then taking a bus from Seattle to Whistler. Also, that way, you get on the Greyhound in Seattle, and don't have to worry about anything else, it just takes you to Whistler. Looks like that bus is 50 bucks, so a flight from wherever you are to Seattle is more than 30 bucks cheaper than to Vancouver, you save money.

yah, take the snowbus its cheap. but it depends what time you want to go, because snowbus doesnt run intil mid november. if not just greyhound it

-Sell food
-Seats are more comfortable
-Related to the above, the snowbus buses are worth about 10 times as much as the greyhound
-They have multiple stops so you don't have to go to Pac Cent Station
-With a membership they're about the same as the greyhound
So yeah that's why. Snowbus is a pretty good deal if you're going to have a hard time getting to one of the other services.

not trying to be a dick or anything but the times i've gone on snowbus the buses have been: the exact same as greyhound, they didnt sell food, they didnt show movies, and it cost me a couple dollars more. They also claim you get a free energy drink when you take it but you don't the guy was just like 'no man it's only on certain trips'. so basically when they feel like it.

If you want to save your money then go to www.translink.bc.ca find a bus route from the airport to the vancouver hotel downtown vancouver. ( you can probabl just type both of those locations into the trip finder and it will tell you the rest) this trip will cost you like 3.50 or something.
Next buy a ticket for the greyhound at the vancouver hotel, if you catch the express it will not stop at a bunch of lame places and it will take you straight to whistler, should cost about $20 $16 if you have a student card.
The bus from the airport to downtown will take about 1hr 15 mins, the greyhound to whistler will take 2-4 hours depending on which bus you catch and how retarded the driver is.
In my opinion your best option would be to tell us when you are coming and I am sure someone here will hook you up with a car ride for somewhere between $20 or as low as $5. You would likely still have to bus to downtown vancouver but a car ride would be much better than any bus ride.

The 98 b Line takes about 35 minutes from airport to downtown.3.50 for 2 zone fare.And it even calls out each stop along the way.It's a pretty sweet deal to save yourself a ton of money.
