Help: Anyone have experience with RF transmitting/receiving?

I'm needing to find a long range 434MHz antenna to receive images being transmitted from practically space to plug into an SDR. I can't seem to find an antenna. We are launching the payload that will transmit these images quite soon, so I need to find one fast. Help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Here's an image we got last year, but this was grabbed after landing and not live:

What's the downlink data rate in something like this.

It changes throughout the flight. That is, probably under 500kb at best every half minute or so, down to smaller photos.
