Help! anybody ski vail???

Me and my bro are goin January 16th-21st and are poor now after paying for lodging, air fare, meals and rental car.... Is there anybody that skis Vail on the reg who knows how or where to get discounted lift tickets for 3-4 days, or could somehow hook us up with some? thanks kind NSers...
 
ive heard you can get them cheap at the market in dillon or at like grocery stores and stuff around, sometimes hotels will offer you a deal if you go to a timeshare pitch or something but those suck ass and arent worth it usually
 
True, there is also a City Market in Avon, which is about six miles west of vail. Also, there is a Safeway on the frontage road in Vail, you can get some discount tickets there also.
 
is Avon on the way from Denver to Vail? and do u think it would be worth it to wait till we get there to get the tickets, i was thinkin i could find like a special website or sumthin unless iz easier to get dem while were there?
 
no, Avon is after vail, its maybe 10 miles if you keep on I-70 past vail. because i live here, they give residents and students all sorts of discounts so i dont know too much about getting discounted packages, but i'm pretty sure if you even just buy a four day pass its signifigantly cheaper than a single day pass. if you know anyone with a season pass, they get four discounted passes on that, so thats a possibility. otherwise, look for package deals with hotels and such, thats all i got.
 
yea i couldnt find any good deals through the hotels so thaz y im relying on NS... you wouldn't happen to have a season pass? ...and feel like gettin us sum discounted tickets?
