Help a brother. Knee braces

I need some knee braces and the donjoy fourcepoint or fullforce are not really usefull. Some ideas?

I’ve found the donjoy braces work best. I use one on my left knee gotta get acl/mcl surgery this spring. Usually wearing long pants or some fleece pants underneath help with the grinding if it’s a bother. Or just reach down grab your balls and tell yourself to sack up
