I'm not going to lie I didn't read all of that because of the grammar fail in the title. But in general the best advice for boots is to go to a boot fitter and don't be to cheap, spend to extra money if you need to.

So whats his problem? Is it a lack of gear or stores in his area? Anyway good luck finding good gear.

How do you ski backcountry in Georgia? There is no backcountry even close to where I live and I live in Maryland. I didn't even know Georgia had a winter.

Thanks all for answers ... yes i expect poor English at this moment ... Georgia is country,it's situated under Russia so we have normal winter Seasons.Size of my feet is 41,i have around 130$ and don't know what to buy,yes i can spent more money if i want, but here is not other freeski/park boots in shops, there is only rossi SAS and size is over 43 : ( : ( and IL MOROS and it coasts 500 $ : (

So i can't jump in this boots with no feeling of pain ? ... need more answers, thanks!
