Unless you're candide thovex you should probs wear a bucket. Love the smith vantage ones. Pricey, but comfy and they don't look to bad either

Like a lot of other people here I've got a Smith Maze that I really like, fits well, affordable and not too heavy. I picked up a Bern Rollins on super sale last year that I really like as well, comfy and I like the open/closable vents up top it's kinda gimmicky but actually works.

hard for me to think of anything more lame than graphics on a helmet

I can't think of something more lame than having the quote "I love bad bitches thats my fucking problem" as your signature.

Just got a new Smith Maze last week. Did this to my old one in April. Knocked myself out but could have been a lot worse without it. Definitely recommend them.

I have a small ass head any suggestions on what helmet to get without looking really stupid/ having it actually fit

My dad has a tiny ass head and the POC receptor looks fine on him

You do realize that there are such things as sizes in helmets right?

Or wear a hat under your helmet, it ain't no big deal.

I have a smit holt. I don't like helmets with the fitting system where you have to add pads. I liked my old helmets that had the little wheel that would custom fit to your head. Since the holt didn't even come with any fit pads, the helmet isn't fully secure to me head without a goggle strap underneath. I will probably invest in a new helmet once I get a job. I don't hit anything big or take many risks so I am probably fine for now.

I normally wear mine, only times I don't is if I'm touring cause I don't wanna carry it or with my gf (cause she not so good). don't know what it is off hand a gyro something

Currently running a Smith Variant Brim. I wear a beanie underneath, and they sit real flush with my Oakley Canopys. Also the venting on the Variant Brim works like a dream and barely ever fog up. Helmet does seem to be on the heavier side, but I can't really tell with my GoPro mounted up almost 24/7.

Giro Ledge with MIPS

Just ordered this

This^^ got one at ski and golf, it looks good and fits my big ass head well with goggles and beanie below. And for a MIPS helmet it is relatively cheap

I wear a smith camber fits my big ass nog and keeps the thought maker safe. Saved me after hitting my head on a rail in carinthia last season left me with a painful ass headache for an hour

picked up a new Giro Combyn. I was originally leaning towards POC receptor bug but when I put it on my head it just looked and felt weird. anyone else have hte same issues?

Yup. I had that exact same problem with poc helmets, so I went with a smith maze instead super comfy.
