your helmet is prolly the piece of equipment you should worry the least about

all helmets go through saftey tests so there all gunna protect ur head

also you can get options like earpad headphones for your music

so pretty much just choose one

smith holt, giro nine.9, giro g10, the three i hear about/see most. and like the r.e.d. hi-fi, pro-tec has some sick helmets as well. the poc receptor is awsome but hard to find in bigger then a med. and a little on the pricy side.

yeah i have a g10, but kinda looking for a helmet that everybody else wont have.
