I want to start off by saying, yes, I have used the search bar. Now that that's out of the way, please help me pick between these two helmets. Any input or personal experience is extremely welcome and will be rewarded with favors!

and by the way, I have Electric EG5's and Oakley A-Frames. Does anyone know how they fit with these? Thanks.
 
I'm pretty sure both helmets have the same speakers but i might be wrong. I do know that they're both skullcandy though.
 
I just got my Giro G10, its sick. The speakers are amazing. It fits SO comfy, I was stunned. It looks really steezy too.
 
I've not tried the other one on but like has been said, the Giro is ridiculously comfy, the whole of the inside is padded
 
I have the RED and it's simply the lightest helmet on earth. It looks good and it's comfy.
 
God dammit, it's still tied. Why can't I just have to heads and wear one on each! Decisions are way too hard.
 
i had a hi-fi last year and if i had to pay for it i would have regreted it, but otherwise its a sik helmet, but id get the G10 if i got another one with speakers it just looks sicker with the visor

kinda leaning towards the Giro myself now. Why would you have regretted

it?
 
I had the RED and used my friends G10, both are really nice. Both will break on one hard impact, the red is comforable and warm as hell, id go with that
 
Thank you people. I think i'm gunna get the G10 because helmets tend to generally make my head look "bulbous" to refference te above post. Thank you NS for the help.
 
i bought the hi-fi audio, hasnt got to me yet though. both look dope and either way you ski to your tunes and have a safe head....
 
the RED is hella tight as long as you have big goggles to make it size down the helmet. i got the oakley wisdoms and they look sick on em. plus the skull candy headfones have an unbeatable bass man.
 
i was choosing between the same two helmets but i ended up getting the red cuz it was more comfortable and the subwoofers r sick

so goddamn close. they must be good helmets. Does anybody know if they both have skullcandy speakers? i know they both have scullcandy "technology" but i'm not sure about the speakers themselves.
 
i literary just got the giro G 10 with the tuneups yesterday. Its the greatest thing ever. The speakers are loud enough so you can crank it when you want to really rock out. But when you talk to you friends you can turn it down by the remote clipped to your jacked. Plus the fact that you can hook it to your cell at the same time as your ipod is pretty bad ass.

Did i mention how COMFORTABLE IT IS. Its amazing. Best helmet EVER.
 
my giro g9 didnt reallly protect my head, i still got a massive concussion waking up in an ambulance.. i really want a protective helmet rather than all the speakers i have in it..
 
well isn't the g9 cheaper than the g10? and the helmet itself is very nice. i'm just getting the added music function too. plus, no helmet can protect you from ALL falls. how did you fall?
 
dude pick the one that fits best! personally i cant wear giros. i have the hifi and love it. so light, so comfy. im asking for audex earpads for christmas. and if your head is small the huge head phenomenon wont be an issue.
 
well i don't have anywhere to try it on. but im getting a giro mtn bike helmet which fits perfectly. so i'm assuming the snow helmet should fit similarly.
