Helmet with Smith I/O?

Hey I just bought myself some Smith I/O and I was wondering what helmet should I buy.



I know everyone has a different style but please give me your suggestions.





It would also be cool if you have a picture of how it looks!

Buy what fits your head not whats "cool" That being said I have been using a smith holt and recently upgraded to the smith maze which is alot lighter than the holt and fits me better.

It's best to go into a shop and see what helmet fits your head shape the best; all helmets are shaped a little differently, and some helmets will line up better with different goggles. Personally, I found the smith maze to work excellently with my I/O's. The two line up very well, and it's also the lightest safety certified helmet on the market. I can barely tell when it's on my head it's so light.

all smith and giro helmets fit really well with helmets. now you just have to figure out which is the most comfortable. I just got a maze and am amazed at how light it is.

I've been using a Smith Vantage helmet with my I/O's. Works great for me, I have no complaints.

Holt, Vantage, or Variant/Variant Brim. All the smith headwear integrates awesome with smith goggles. Best fits for sure

The vantage is pretty expensive, but it looks sick.

Do have gogs under or over the helmet? It looks more like a big mountain style helmet so i was wondering if it would look like w/ out the earpads and gogs inder the helmet.

What about the clip on the back of I/O's? How does it feel under a helmet?

I owned I/OS for awhile and when I wore my hat I never even noticed it

Smith helmets are super nice, but from what I've found selling them at work they only fit like 1/3rd of people. They are pretty tight side to side and longer front to back; a lot of people complain of pressure. Really, the I/O fits so well with any helmet, just get whatever fits your head.

But seriously, I have a Smith Holt and they fit very well with my I/OS and my I/OX. The I/O didn't fit me well, but smith to smith is ideal. Just like if you get a RED helmet, Anon goggles fit perfect. Take your goggles with you when you try the helmet on so you know for sure.

We have always pushed the Maze, Holt, or Vantage. This year Smith also introduced the Gage. It's another one to check out and see how it fits. Just choose the best fit for your head size/shape and what works with your new goggles.

The Smith helmets are designed to fit well with their goggles. So I would get a Holt or Maze

If you like the style of the holt, try to find one of the Holt Park helmets.. It comes without the pads and they're on sale since they're last years model. I have one and my I/OXs fit great under it
