Helmet vs. No helmet

you should watch the vid of that racer Scott Macartney that ate it right before the finish line. Slid threw the finish line on his face. If he hadn't had his helmet on he would have been dead. Kinda hurts to watch.
 
well if i could afford one i would but since my parents decided i had to pay for all my ski shit this year im raw doging it

i wear one all the time, because i play racer with my twins, not really but i like my skull crushers in my R.E.D.
 
I can understand that. Just be carefull out there. I had a race this past weekend and I ate it twice, ended up in the hospital, I'm glad I had it on.
 
all the time, no question. there's no reason not to these days. they're comfy, and if it really matters to you that match, there are plenty that look cool. i understand when people don't wear them when they're just cruising, but you never know really. you could get absolutely creamed but some out of control asshole and you wouldn't be wearing a helmet because you weren't planning on that happening. i just think it's no problem to wear one all the time, so why not?
