Who sells good helmets that are just round. Like "skate" helmets. Cuz I cant seem to find anyone that carrys em? Any help?

ive been looking into bern cause they look sweet but they arent even helmets. i think they are called hard hats because they arent meant to be used to skiing or anything so it really isnt that safe if you want a good helmet. RED is pretty sick and the smith ones look awesome too

Giro is making a sick skate style helmet that I am planning on getting next year. Here is a photo from SIA, its the one on the right:

They make eps foam versions of their helmets. They make hard hats because they're multi impact. Not the best protection, but they hold up well. eps foam is single impact, the stuff that crushes.

red for sure or try the Protec classic snowboard helmet, its basicly a skate helmet with ski helmet support. and it has vents(i think) just google it

personally, i wouldn't recommend bern. i have one and it looks good and stuff, but they're not impact-approved or whatever. i know you're supposed to replace helmets after 1 impact anyway, but still...i don't think they're very safe (i'm probably replacing it this season). if you're going to spend money on a helmet, you might as well spend the same amount on a helmet that's certified.

word. try RED and pro-tec. also POC makes some really high quality stuff, i'll probably be getting one this year.

bern is not certifyed but from my experience it works fine. and i like the way it fits. the one skate styled r.e.d helmet is sick too. i also have the smith holt that i hardly ever wear its pretty nice helmet real comfortable.

TO CLEAR ANY RUMORS.

BERN HELMETS ARE CERTIFIED, and they also make Certification Pending hard hats with brock foam.

all bern helmets are avaliable as certified EPS foam, watts, baker, macon.

and some Helmets, Brighton, Brentwood, G, are all made with certfied zip mold.

i think the bern helmets from 2 yrs ago arent tho... like i have the baker with the hard foam and just the hat inside. barly any padding. maybe it is tho.

I got the RED shawn white trace or something and it looks pretty much like a skate helmet to me, you can actually take off the ear pads and use it as a skate helmet too
