So I'm getting pretty specific here, but does any one know if any helmet companies have made a helmet that's an American flag?

A little bit weird yes. Personally I think wearing a flag is tacky. Part of the Flag Code says:The flag should not be used as "wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery",[1] or for covering a speaker's desk, draping a platform, or for any decoration in general (exception for coffins).(copied from TOW)
