Helment question

Last year i got a concussion with my helment on.

Do I need to buy a new helment because the shock absorbing stuff is shot or can i still use it???

it only matter if the foam gets cracked. Most people would say that if you take a really hard fall or get a concussion in a helmet you should get a new one.
