Hellbent

A little sluggish, but more agile than you would expect. Once you get them going in a direction they'll do a lot of the work. I've never really spun past five with them (grabbing mute) But I haven't hit a jump bigger than about 30 or 35 feet with them either... or really tried to huck anything..I have switch butter sevened off a big knoll though (claim)
 
I have them and compared to a regular park ski they are HEAVY, but an awesome ski they are good for 3s of like 30 foots. But you really have to crank to get a 5 on them if you don't go bigger than 30. Learning 3s this year on hellbents made learning 3s much harder. Ha but If you are coming from a park ski expect awesome butter ability and float in da pow, and heaviness (that you do get used to.) And they are a lot more stable and versatile than you think. If you just sink your butt a bit on the groomers you will be fucking blown away by the way these things carve its awesome. I ski them almost everyday except when its icy which is rare, but thats just me. And if you get them have fun on them.
 
I have not ski Chops but I hear chops are really slow at turning and the radius on the hellbents is bigger so shorter turns for trees and stuff.
 
I have skied Chops. They rip through watever, and they charge like a monkey outa the freezer. lol. i loved the way they skied normally, just real heavy feeling in the air, which i dont want in the 'bents. its ok if theyre hard 2 spin on, just not if theyre as hard/harder than the chops
 
Well I have only skied park skis until now and they don't seem to heavy to me in the air but as I said before you get very used to them. When you first jump on the its like wow these are slow edge to edge but then you slowly are able to you them over easier as you ride them.
 
thats wat i felt like wen i demoed the chops, but then i got used 2 them. do u no if the 'bents r lighter than the chops? or the Chops weight? i no the 'Bents
 
they are alil funky spinning because if you go for a straight legged grab with a spin adn you go somewhat off and land on a hard landing youit is kind of sketch

but ion the pow you can land wherever you pleasse god sir knight
