watch 7:15 to 10:30 Sickest hellbents in the park edit ever (some snowboarding) was taped in mid west I think, montana maybe i forget.
NOTE:watch 10:03 for the sickest 180 tail grab i've ever seen; so simple but just beautiful.

Thats Big Sky, Montana and I'm pretty sure the skier is Collin Collins. If western Montana is midwest, I guess that would make Wyoming and Colorado midwest. Damn there is good skiing in the midwest.

I dont understand why people would use Hellbents in the park other than for show. After taking a couple runs on them they felt heavy, hard to spin, and a general pain in the ass other than in pow. Maybe I didn't get used to them enough or maybe I am just used to the lightness, poppiness, and general sickness of my Caylors.

I dunno, I just have the greatest time ever when I'm riding them and I can't bring myself to get off them. Buttering everything and switch ups go easier and they're sooo stable on jumps and rails and presses go sooo amazing and yeah...I just love everything about them...I got used to the heaviness it doesn't really bother me that much...

you need to watch hunting yeti..... andy mahre just destroys in hellbents off the booters they built, and the in run to the alot of the booters were packed down so don't tell me that they were in powder the whole time. So baller

thanks for bringing that video back i forgot all about that video (Mahre and Pep in the park) is that pep at the end with his hands in his pocket? cuz it looks like mahre is filming (looked like hellbents the filmer was wearing, but then the guy skiing looked like he had some rockered ski too

Haha all I said was they don't seem like an ideal park ski. Not that they would be impossible to ski down an inrun with or ski on hardpack in general. Way to take what I said out of context and try to start an argument over something that has been beaten to death many times already.

no arguing just fact stating, what you said is above, i cut out what was irrelevant. Your quote; it is what it is. You say you can't spin them well, you say you don't understand how ppl can take them in the park. I stated that you need to watch hunting yeti at the scenes with hard pack in runs. I didn't take a thing out of context. and you my friend need to get over yourself and over the fact you blew it on your last comment. Now.... back to the real convo.... hellbents in the park....

Right. I posted my opinion after taking a few laps on them. I don't understand why the subject of Hunting Yeti keeps coming up in your arguments. I have seen it many times and have never seen any park footage where they are riding rockered skis. The only park footage is at Mammoth where Pep is using the Kung Fujas right? Or do I need to watch it again? I don't know why this is such a touchy subject for you. Never once did I say that you couldn't ski them outside of pow, I believe what I said was they were "a general pain in the ass other than in pow" I don't get what the big deal about me having an opinion about Hellbents is. Then again I shouldn't take someone seriously who calls Montana the midwest.

one:touchy?, i'm just stating fact (as i've stated previously)
two:I posted a vimeo vid (with URL) of Colin Collins park skiing with hellbents (which was in montana)
three: The in runs are similar (not exact) to one of a park in hunting yeti which is why i stated they are packed down, and yes i realize the landings were pow, but you take the in run then you spin, you complained about not being able to spin well while in park which has a hard pack like feel.
four:Never did I say montana was in the midwest. This is what i said,
"was taped in mid west I think, montana maybe i forget."
this would infer that i wasn't sure where the video was filmed at, and it def is easily seen that i state both places as separate places (as in the midwest or in montana) sorry bud, wrong again.(so again, you blew it in the last comment). I would suggest letting the thread convo continue on about hellbents in the park.

ZOMG Collin Collins skis park on Hellbents. Wait, did he mount them with Jesters? I better do the same ASAP. The fact that I had trouble spinning on them had nothing to do with park, I never hit a jump on them. It has to do with the fact that they way a ton. Thanks for not bringing Hunting Yeti up again though, I know I need to watch it so I can see Pep and Andy bomb those hard pack inruns on they're Hellbents. NS is fucking retarted, I quit this thread.

And to thread creator and video creator I wasn't hating on riding Hellbents, to each his own. I was simply stating an opinion which I guess isn't cool so Im sorry.

get a room you two
haha jokes, but really, hellbents are fun in the park. so playful, everything feels more fun for me, and when stuff feels better, i usually ski better. but that's just me

im gunna be honest i jsut like watching the video , and it is cool to post your opinion so just chill man
