its called shifting. as in all racecars is manual to get the most out of each gear. automatic kills you because you dont get the utmost RPMs. so yeah.

haha its gonna be so weird for me to drive back home. cuz here in Sing its the British system. they drive on the left side of the road. drivers seat on the right side of the car.
