Hell, its about time - Startcraft 2 annouced!

AHHHH starcraft is so sick. im gonna get addicted to this one just like number one. i swear i wasted 5% of my life on that game
 
lol i have brood war but cant find the original starcraft disc. i've had a starcraft craving for like a year. this looks sick
 
wow some stick stuff so far

Dragoons have been overhauled and are now called immortals

Dark templars seem to have been morphed into Stalkers...a mix of a DT and a dragoon. They can 'blink' from spot to spot to through off enemies.

And a neat new addition is phase prisms which act like the old Shuttles but have a niffty new feature. They can power protoss buildings in absence of a plyon.

So much sick stuff...
 
I'm not so sure about this, I don't really like the artistic style of this one, it looks really cartoony. Also I was looking at the units and most of them have special powers, I'm not a big fan of that. But, it'll proabably still be dope, hah I loved the original SC.
 
hopefully it isnt too complicated like most RTS's these days. the original starcraft/brood war was both easy to understand and fuckin rad
 
its an rts, also the shiled on the new dragoon thingy is suppsoed to be like super effective agaisnt seige tanks so no more tank whoring terrains
 
hollllyyyy fuckk! looks amazing, I just spent my entire break looking through everything I could possibly see on that site.
 
I want to see the Battle.net user stats before and after this annoucement.

Sales and playing time on Battle.net for the originals went up a shitload i'd bet
 
^Yeah I'll probably get it from a friend or buy it. I was too young to be playing when the SC came out but I had a run at other Blizzard games like Diablo 2 WC3 and WoW. Now I'm just waiting on this and Warhammer.
