BC for sure. so many options, some of the best snow in the world, and you don't have to fly all the way to alaska or norway to get it. plus canadian dollar.

BC has an absurd amount of heli operations, so in terms of quantity, that's where it's at and AK is not far behind. I've worked for a number of operations, it basically comes down to the snow conditions while you are there. Most guiding operations have very friendly staff and most keep their equipment in good working order. I don't guide helicopter tours as much now, but I'm still active in the field. Message me and I'll try to get you a comprehensive list of the better places to go. i.e. best chance for good snow.
