this isn't a heist movie, but it follows the same principles: getting away with something that you aren't supposed to. its 'the great escape' old and very cool, steve mcqueen busts his mansavage steeze in organizing a breakout from a nazi prison camp during wwII. good shit, don't knock until you've watched it.

Alpinecowboy: I HOPE everyone's seen the Great Escape... but it's not a heist film. Reservoir dogs and the Usual Suspects hardly count either, they're not really about the heist itself so much as other events surrounding it. Lock Stock is great, and pretty much identical to Snatch, but I like Snatch slightly less.

I totally forget what this movie is called but its real fuckin good...its about stealing the art, and the guy is wicked sneaky (I think pierce bronsan I forget though). real fucking good.
