dont worry about it man....if u think u should get longer ones...go for it but i wouldnt worry about it too much...unless u are just about to have a growth spurt than i would becasue they will be heli-short by time u stop growing...

^i disagree. i grew alot this spriing and had to use my 170's for the summer (i'm 5'10''), and they were way to short. i would say that you should definately go longer

im 5'11" and i have 169 fujitives, who cares if they r shorter they will be better for mougals and spinning, if they r longer they will be better for crud and back country, but its all personal prefference so dont let everyone saying that your a pussy for skiing on skis that may or may not be "short" for you make you change your mind, decide how it feels on the snow

 
Short guys are lucky. Im 6'3...good luck finding decent park skis (ok there are a few but i mean used ones if your too cheap to get new) and oh yeah I have a size 33 to 34 boot. Yeah thats fun

my skis are the exact same height as me, im 5'10" or so and i got 179 fujas, and u should definitly go longer cause shorter is alot less satble, u need more ski than 170

 
yeah i made the mistake when the guys at the shop..all 5 of them, said 169 for me and im like 6ft. so fuck that i want longer skis so much
