height of urban rails

does anyone know like the height of rails so they meet the disability law me and my friend are planning on doing alot of urban rails this winter and i need a general height to build the ramp so i dont use alot of snow

 
i would have to say that there is no set height for urban rails so i would make it about for about 2-3 feet off the ground and then adjust it with some wood

 
build it 2 high, 5 long, 4 wide. its a great slope. but yea, some urban rails are short some are tall. i went walking around a campus scouting out rails and some were up to my ribs while others were down next to my thigh
