HeelPiece screws coming out....

Got look px12jib TI mounted on my ar6's, i've skiied them about 10 times probably and rode them all park and just messin around on runs, i kept ejecting out of my right ski when i was buttering and other times as well and thought maybe that my DIN should be tightened, and when i got inside i looked at my heelpiece and it mover about 2cm out when i flexed my skis a bit, I called the shop who mounted them and they said theyd fix em for me, my question is will this happen again if i continue to do nosebutters, and has this happened to anyone else?
 
all they will prob do is helicoil + glue the screws in and hope it doesn't happen again though
 
im thinkin of contacting tyson and telling him whats goin on cause theyre delamming a bit also and chipping and theyve been skiied like 15 times, i bought them off Ian Provo in april i belive and he only skiied them 5 times and ive skiied them about 10, anyone know tysons email?
