HEAVY HITTING FILMS!!! where are they?

One of the first ski movies I ever bought was Heavy Hitting Films' 'Parental Advisory' The movie is sick, in all senses of the word. A bunch of Whistler locals and some young up-n'-comers (Jon, Tanner, etc.) riding harder than anyone I've ever seen in any other movie. Lately I've been trying to see if they have a website or something, but to no avail. What happened to this company? did it fold, or change names or something? I bet if they were still putting out movies like Parental Advisory, they'd be raking in cash..

one of the origanial members of the flim crew died in a road gap atempt, and the company lost its sponsers, so they stopped making movies, theres an article in sbc skier about it

 
There's no money in ski filmmaking, so...you can figure out the rest. Parental Advisory is still so sick. Nothing beats Toben Sutherland puking and rambling incoherently. NOTHING!

after PA Vol.1 they were apparently is a massive debt of $70,000 because kneissel promised them $35,000 which eventually dropped to $7,000 that never showed up. oakley stepped in and gave them $4,000 and a premier in whistler.

the guys sort of went their separate ways but a new video may be in the works!!

i really hope so because if they can make another segment like Rex Thomas' segment in PA then the film will be off the hizzo!

i remember walking into Comor when i was in whistler back in 2001 and bought the it! my life was then complete! the main thing i remember about that day was the really hot chick working there!

feet apparently runs a b-grade horror film festival and keeps the heavy hitting name alive. travis tettrault moved in van city to learn about film production and work in the trade.

so that's what happened to the company.

the article in SBC Skier reports that feet wants to get out and do more filming and possibly put together a new film.

btw, does anyone know if i can get one of those Parental Advisory t-shirts anymore? those were the pimp shit!
