Hey guys & girls, just a quick update: We have been working hard all summer on new projects, Areas and rails/boxes/features (now over 105 rails/boxes/features) and have BIG things planned for this season. See our facebook page for up to date info, photo's and videos www.facebook.com/highrollerparksorheavenly (Feel free to share with your friends and have them "like" us.

We are shooting to have a park for the opening day (Nov. 18th) but still undtermened on what we will be in there unitl we know how much snow we have to wotk with.

Thanks Heavenly TPC

I'm glad my numerous calls, letters and facebook posts finally helped to get the halfpipe back.

Mid January right?

What can we expect on this new park rebuild?

MLK Weekend is the target.
Tentative Layout:

Top stuff has already been set, the rest will be finished tomorrow. The two old jumps have been restacked with better landings. There will also be a snow wall ride type feature built into the side of the jump 2 landing. Pretty excited for the final product.

This is sick.

That landing on jump 1 was a little rough.

And it was hard to straightline into number 2. but it was awesome.

So stoked for new park, and the new pipe

The formatting on that did not work at all. There is a progression line on skiers left with two jumps and 5 features. Those are the things listed on the right side of some of the features.

Tested the jumps today. The landing on one is longer. You now have plenty of speed for jump two. I could speed check when I had to point it before. They are 38' and 42' and super fun.

That's what i like to hear.

Was at northstar today, and they had a total of probs 12 featurs with a like 5' and 10' jump. Retarted.

Number two is the sickest jump IMO poppy and has a nice landing. I was talking to one of the park crew about throwing in a step up later in the season. Could we see it happen?

Today, i was talking with some friends of mine on how we'd like to see a 55-65' jump. The high roller ones are awesome and all, but the format of the jumps i just don't like. Like they are sick for throwing tricks you already have down, but i don't know if i want to do a double and fall on it or case. If you put a like 62' in high roller with the ante up jump format or even a step up that would be so sick. I could see that jump getting some major attention.

I agree with you 100%. The problem with high roller is that its so steep its hard not to build step downs. We have lots more room this year so we are hoping to be able to do more. There is a possibility of a step up as the first jump in Ante up. It was kinda like this at the end of last year. Its a perfect spot because it helps you get speed for the other jumps. Its also on a flat section so a step up is feasible. There is also a steep in-run to get lots of speed to clear it. We will see about the High Roller jumps. It all depends on snow and terrain.

Yeah That run is pretty steep, I could see how that would be a bitch. Step downs=death Like mike Arnold's leg last year.

Step up as first jump = 8==D~~

I would love to see a step up.

Where is the halfpipe going to be located? Like by a park, or off the beaten path?

Yup I was there for the leg incident. Although, with the speed he carried he might have been in bad shape on any jump. Nobody wants to see shit like that.
Need lots more snow before the step up is a possibility. Even with the two extra days of snowmaking, the run was scraped thin to build everything. I think its going to be a really fun setup though.
The pipe will be at the bottom of High Roller. There should be a rail line continuing down next to it. You have to chose pipe and rail line or Players Park. The pipe should get some sun on both walls and have a nice lake view.

HI, i´m from spain, i´m in heavenly 10 days ago, i think the jumps are perfect, incredible for the snow we have. nice work¡¡¡¡

Took one lap with a gopro to show the setup. Its pretty damn fun right now. There is a whole small line on the left that is not in the video.

i would lalalalalloooooove a big step over, lots of hang time with low impact on the landing for learning the bigger tricks

the first jump is set up perfectly for that with how steep the run is right there. It would also provide enough speed for 2 more jumps since it kinda flattens out right there.

damn park looks sick. i will be there the weekend of the 21st, i normally ski at sugar bowl or boreal but my dorms taking a trip to south lake. hit me up if youll be there

2nd jump is prime right now.

I like the park set up right now. Flows well. super sick.

I'll be up today.

Pretty much, Little changes on the jibs, but super sick.

I made a very succesful NS callout, but didn't get Usernames today.

"How do you get to chads gap from the bottom of Alta?"

"dude they blew that shit up yo"

Very stoked.

Park was completely rebuilt over the last two days. The new setup includes some fun new boxes that were built over the summer. The whole setup is a bit more advanced then before. First jump is a bit bigger and less poppy. The second jump is def bigger then before. Both of them are super fun.
