I get it though you want to try something new but sorry guy it isnt working.

I hear you. Making skis is not my thing right now and I don't want it to be. I do seriously think resorts should cordon off a blue run and have it trickle skiers from the top just to fang. Even I would be interested to go to that resort with my click counter, stop watch and heart rate monitor.

I have no idea what you are talking about.

This is gold.

I keep going back and forth between thinking that heartcarve is a troll. If he is, it's fuckin elaborate, that's for sure.

I think the real issue is whether or not I have anything of value stemming from experience beyond just this forum. I think for you, that will determine whether or not I am a troll.

Again, this does not make any sense, what so ever.

If I'm being trolled, I'm certainly very entertained!

So, I think it'd be good for any such person with a largely unhappy disposition to get back to being truly GAY on the Custom Piste, while skiing erect, to explode their mind in order to find their bliss.

This is a very homerotic paragraph

The Gayton is here. At least on paper. It's designed for the Custom Piste:

There are two variations, the full reverse camber and another with a flattened middle section to make landings and straightlining easier. It's still experimental and speculative, though.

I was inspired to document this after seeing the 1-wheel Hoverboard. However, I've been thinking about this snowboard for a while now.

I did have a snowboard iin the 90's and found the potential crashes too gnarly (those body slams) so I stopped. I also found it awkward to use. This snowboard is based off the Meathammer design. It is for extreme layover carves, whilst also having a central stance to make air tricks easier.

Check out this video... I am going from carve into a 360 on flat piste. I don't make it around, but I doubt there are other skis you could do anything remotely similar...

Hahahahah your retarded skis got in the way mate

I think a hump running down the length of the run would work well in this situation... I call it the "switch hump" on the custom piste.

so like a speed hump on a road, but running lengthways down the road in the middle.

.. The idea is to give a bit of extra air if when needed. So you could be on one edge, take air, and land on the other. Good skiers could do that with a 360 added.

During a comp, clickers are replaced with linespeople.

The electronics would be ideal, especially in fog and on large pistes, but not wholly necessary.

Slalom has judges on-slope already to check for missed gates.

Did know one else catch this?

Anything to get rid of those annoying gates and make use of that blue line.

I'm guessing the best thing would be to put a camera on the line, rather than some rfid sensor.

Even racers could use the custom piste, and just avoid the jumps, and just revert back to their potty training!!

I think the problem is that the skis need to be much fatter in the rear to stop the ski from understeering and thus "push the ski into the turn from the rear." (I think that'd also solve the issue with the speed shudders in the Shake-a-leg video)

As such, in this way, when I pop, there will be twist coming up from my ski and I don't need to rely so heavily on my shoulders to provide it. Hence it shouldn't be an issue doing a carve-to-270 on the flat (at speed).

There's a Porsche video on their 4-wheel steering 911 GT3.. I think it makes sense to think about the rear of the ski in a turn, as Porsche have done in their car with their rear wheels. By this, the Meathammer is the equivalent to having rear tyres pointing in the opposite direction to the front during a turn (1st pic.)

Time for a Heartcarve/Porsche colab?

heart carve is the greatest thing to happen to ski design in the past 30 years.

Snowboards too (perhaps.) I'm definitely curious to see how the Gayton performs.

I think a better name would be SnowTram, PisteGun or SnowBlade because it should ride like it's on rails or cutting the piste.. make you really gay (happy).
