Healing Tips?/Morning Routine?

Rode a long day... tried new things... any tips on how to heal up fast from all the bruises and ankle strain throughout the day?

Bonus Question: How do you prepare yourself for a day in the park?
 
RICE is really your best bet. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. Take ibuprofen as well.

For sore legs/other body parts I wrap a heating pad around the desired area and turn it to high for ~15 minutes. Then 15 minutes off the heat and then back on, for 3-5 times. You will not be sore the next day.
