slides have been happening all over the place out west. huge group of sledders almost got killed this past week out here in Utah. be careful, everyone. prayers go out to those 3 families. hate hearing about this kind of stuff.
 
dont know who Kevin is, but the 2 that didnt make it were justin lentz and jarrard law, 2 good old boys from wisconsin, cascade posse. super sad, theyhad homies all over the place.
 
The CAIC is saying historic levels of Avy danger in Colorado right now. Lots of snow and lots of wind is making things bad. Right now its not even worth the risks. SIP
 
I'm very good friends with the two that were killed. One I would consider my best friend.

Just to keep misinformation from spreading... Kevin Kuybus is NOT the name of either killed. I don't believe names have been officially released, so I won't say it here, but again, no one named Kevin Kuybus was killed.
 
No worries Goat, I didn't even realize it was you who started the thread. I know the names are out in the media, so it's not a big deal. Just want to make sure the false info is at a minimum. Sad times for the whole Cascade family. Hope Jacq's doing OK.
 
that is the name of a person who died in an avalanche in CO a few days prior to this one.

shred some bumps and drink some PBR in honor of these two hooligans.. they were both great guys with a true love for snow and mountains.
