I need some new, Nice headphones. No ear buds, only external sets. Is the skullcandy GI and TI any good? any other suggestions? I need something with kick ass sound quality, and is relatively durable.

yea both of those rock...I have the G.I.'s and 3 of my friends have the T.I.'s. They sound soo good and they look soo sick. The skullcrushers are pretty sweet too.
 
Is the TI much better than the GI? is there a noticeable difference? i need something that wont blow out easily.

I'm pretty sure they won't blow out...they're made with pretty nice higher end speakers. Also the warranty on them is sweet. It says that if they fail during your lifetime they'll replace em for free and if it's damaged by sliding a rail, mountain biking, road biking, sky diving, ect. that's how they want they're product to be used and they'll replace em for 50% from retail. Also, one of my friends with the T.I.'s fell and they hit the ground pretty hard and there's nothing wrong with them...so they're durable.
 
Pretty much the only diffrence is that the TI's have titanium in them for better protection or something,i think thats all. my friend has the TI's,awsome headphones.
 
I haven't used these when I'm active so I don't know what they're like, but they probably aren't meant for that kind of stuff. They are durable for regular headphone use though and sound amazing. Nice thumpin' bass and clean highs and midrange. I've heard the skullcandy hesh before, and they sound like an am radio. I haven't heard anything else by skullcandy though.

i have ti's and three other people i kno they are so sick.....if you go bo to buy.com and search you could get some killer deals on skullcandys
 
the skullcandy skullcrusher have a sick bass,but if you like instrumentals get the Ti's because they are made with titanium that makes the sound much more crisp.BUT the skull crushers have a sick and may i repeat sick bass that you can control.
 
sennheiser. you will hear music. idk if he's still on here, but 'scubasteve87' or something like that knew tons about headphones. he reccomended the sennheisers i got and they're dope.
 
thanx for the tips guys....i just picked up some Ti's in black off ebay for 35bux and cant wait to bust em out skiing...now bring on the snow!
