Head skis

I have searched the threads, but i want some more verification. are head skis lightweight nowadays? has anyone ridden them and could tell me how they ride?
 
they are still a little on the heavy side, but thats just more of a all-mountain ability they have

 
no but i would assume so... thats the same deal with every new ski, they are lighter usualy.
 
the head madtrix with heads 11 bindings are hella light, the ski is pretty light, but the bindings are amazin
 
i have the head mojo 80's and fucking love them... they're light enough, when i ski them i can't tell the difference other than performance (which i like the heads better) but weight wise pretty much feels the same..
 
I had the 05/06 Mojo 80's and now have the 06-07 Mojo 80's. While they are a little heavy overall, their swingweight is amazing. Also, their flex is a little stiffer, but it is just right because you can get more pop off of the tails because of their stiffness. I've never had a speed chatter with them either. And they rip the rest of the mountain. Not only that, but they are pretty much bomb proof. It takes alot to mess these skis up. Thats why they are a little heavier, beacause Head wanted a ski that would stand up to the park. Theyre the best twins that i have ever skied, period.
