Head Phones?

just curious for those of you who ski with music (which is most)

what headphones do you prefer?

i've always used the sony's (black ones from target)

but im looking for something with some more sound...

im looking in to skull candy head phones? do any of you use them?

or do alot of you have helmets with head phones or rock ear buds?

 
Shure E5 earphones... but then you won't be able to hear anything else. And you'll be short a pair of skis after springing for these.

I personally use G10 MX with tuneups. I can turn down the tunes if I want to hear what my friends are trying to tell me (like watch the cliff).
 
oh yeh, if you can, get the Tuneups that allow you to hook up a radio to it. I have the one for the cell phone but that one blows goats.
 
Have to say you can't go wrong with Skullcandy. Good construction, good sound for the price, and best looks out of any headphone by far. I have the SkullCrushers and love them for Hip-Hop, Rock, anything actually. You might think the subwoofer would be a waste but it is so amazing. I can't go back to normal headphones.
 
i take the white ipod buds and stitch them into a crocheted hat, so that way they arnt right in me ear and i can hear my friends talk and sweet music. its like a soundtrack to my life.

i have skullcandy gi's, but i dont wanna risk shredding with them and get them water damaged or anything
 
i got the skullcandy GI's for when im skiing park without a helmet and the skullcandy link's for when im freeskiing or rockin the helmet

 
skull candy smokin' buds sound really good and are really comfortable for ear buds. i used to always rock DJ head phones and just recently switched to ear buds.
 
get a toasty little case, or crochet one yourself. and make sure the ipod is sort of close to your body in a inner pocket.
