does it matter what type of head cleaning tape i use? whats the difference?

use the same brand as the tapes you use. also use the same brand tapes and stick with them. differnt brands have differt films and resins and gum up your shit

crap so i have to use the same brand? because the local camera place doesnt have panisonic headcleaning tapes and thats what i need. also can i still capture footy on my computer when my heads are dirty withought affecting it? and my heads are really dirty they dropped alot of footy on the last trip

use the same brand cleaning tape as the tapes you use to shoot.. if that doesnt work and it needs professional cleaning here ya go..

If you shoot Pani tapes, use a Pani head cleaner.

just run it under some warm water, and scrape off the res with something that won't break it, I use a q tip
