we'll you can either buy a headcleaner off ebay for whatever type your camera may be.... it looks like the tape you place inside ur cam but this one just cleans ur shit, and makes everything work like a chaaaaaaaarm and all brand new.

or you could take it in where you bought it and tell them its saying that your cameras heads need to be cleaned. and they'll do it but prolly wont give you your camera back for like 2 weeks.
