Lock down with washers and bolt(s). Make sure you get a 3/8" wide screw, you're gonna have to figure out the length yourself but I reckon 2/2.5" should be enough. Cheap and super, super strong mount. The load capacity is 200 pounds, and even if it's only a quarter of that it still is plenty strong.
