HD Uploading

Hi Friends,
Ive made an edit shot completely with an HD GoPro in 720p. When I upload it to vimeo or youtube, the quality decreases like woah. How do you upload a video to the internet and keep the fantastic quality? Thanks yo.
 
I'm not sure whats the best with a gopro ,but for my hv30 i usually got m2t for vimeo and youtube and wmv for newschoolers.

i havent gotten any problems with youtube, but vimeo has a better HD viewing experience. try there.
 
i've never had a problem. my quality on vimeo has been pretty good.

what i do to increase quality in sony vegas 7 (my editing software) is use flicker buddy, it reduced blur and makes each frame way sharper... it's legit
