ive watched that a couple of times with my mom and i cannot get over how bad / poorly made / unrealistic it is. its so obvious that the guys producing it got together and said "well CSI miami was a hit, so lets make ANOTHER poorly acted detective show, but this time lets put in in hawaii (people like hawaii, right?) and use more young attractive people to attract a larger audience of middle age women and 14 year old girls. then after weve got that all taken care of we'll write a loose fitting plot that bears absolutely no resemblance to real life and hope people are too caught up in the lead actor's eyes to notice."
