Having trouble getting jiberish

so i ordered an xl jiberish hatchman jacket through abstract mall and they sent me a 3xl instead. sent an email and they said they had already sent the replacement as well as a return box for the original.. 3 weeks later nothing, so i sent another email, and they said they would send it the next day... 3 weeks later and again still nothing. has anyone else had this problem? i like big outerwear, but 3xl is too big to even ski in.

I bought a XL jiberish pier 32 white when they had that small restock thing...and I have not yet heard anything from them...they said they charged my card..but havent sent me anythign else and I dont have the sweater thats for sure...so idk what to do next..its been 2 weeks..

who have you been e mailing, abstractmall i assume? maybe try emailing pete drago. i have heard great things about his customer service. and jiberish has very close ties to abstract mall of course

try calling him. their should be a number on the site or something. he told me that when there are issues like this he likes to be able to talk to the person instead of by email. just a thought
