tested negative for jak-2, still feel like ass 24/7 but beats irreversible death.

Yay Jubai!

Glad u don't have cancer. Tbh though they're probably jus gonna pull out the fattest tape worm ever. Doctors bouta pull it out of your butthole like a clown pulling bandanas out of his mouth

I had to poor chlorine in my eye for 8months straight after doctors cut a 4x4mm hole out of my cornea under nothing but a numbing eye drop. And then scraped the surface of my cornea off three times after that while having me put chlorine in my eye everyday for those 8months. Guess u could say I suffered. My eye was only swollen shut and I had to force it open to put those eye drops in which would make it swell more. But at least that infections gone and now I can’t see or have a decent chance of being able to see out of it because off all that scar tissue left?

You had an infection that started all this? Was it a. Canth. Amoeba?

My work is property maintenance of a string of gas stations and grocery stores. I was 4 hours from home working, I leaned over a lil bit to look down a storm drain to see if it needed cleaned out, it didn’t, until the keys slid out of my pocket and fell down there, so they got a bill for me “cleaning “ the drain out ? . Which wasn’t as bad as the time I locked the keys in the truck, it was like 90deg, end of day, I was burnt, yah I broke that window.

I’ve developed a key problem, drove halfway to pa from co last year with my keys hanging out the Thule box

how did you drop them down a drain, drive 4 hours, and then realize?

very confused.

well i’m just waiting on the results to see if i got the jak-2 mutation. Pretty sure i have a 0.0002% chance of having it at this age but i’m just crossing my fingers that i have IBS. Apparently thicker blood can cause a whole lot of digestive pain like i’ve been having for 3 months straight.

"Well based on these results, you either have to poop every 5 minutes or you have cancer."

Yup, doctors. Sounds about right.

Ohhhh that makes way more sense with context haha

I’ve always had the habit of just leaving my keys in my vehicles unlocked (parking on random roadwork sites, if someone needs to move it they can) which has resulted in multiple different people locking my keys in, for me, as a favour or by accident lmao

healthcare in montana is fucking awful

Ya I could’ve explained better initially, but it wasn’t the focus of my post, and my 5-6am wake up has changed to 3-5 as we moved but apparently my mind stayed behind.

I used to be great with keys due to a fear of getting stuck, but with the more focus on keeping track of my ski gear, especially boots at loading time, keys have suffered. And at work it’s a problem cause I used to leave them in truck but I had to start keeping them in my pocket cause thieves.

they keep saying do blood tests that is all

i told em i smoke weed every day and smoke tobacco weekly wouldn’t that raise my red blood cell levels??

having been through very similar situations: i would stop smoking as much as you can. it will help with digestive stuff.

Same question , weed or tobacco? What kind of change did you notice and what did you do?

I have been told by GI that weed slows down the stomache process(peristalsis) (sp?), and that nicotine can speed it up.

So maybe doing both balances the situation. ;-)

i essentially stopped both for a few months. i did this in combination with a change in diet to one much higher in greens (especially kale and broccoli), basically focusing on eating whole foods (ones with minimal/no processing) that were higher in fiber. and i stayed ultra hydrated this whole time as well. over the next year or so i started to reverse symptoms which i had thought i would never get rid of and had been dealing with for the past 8 to 10 years. so now i still pretty much eat like that, maybe a little less strict, and it has been the single best thing ive ever done for my overall health and wellbeing.

and i do smoke weed and occasionally tobacco now again as well. id just highly reccommend dropping them if you are trying to heal something within your digestive system because a) i felt a direct effect from both of them and b) when trying to heal yourself you need to simplify all the variables anyways

but diet is the most important thing imo

Thanks. Ive definitely gotta get off this chronic smoking off both tobacco and weed, Im coming to feel that’s a strong hinderance of my progress.

When it comes to my diet, I went through a phase of eating far too little fat and sugar which led to far too long of a calorie defect, which when I re introduced healthy fats, carbs/fiber from vegetables like carrots I got some benefits in digestion and bowel comfort as well as other various health changes like thicker hair. Sleep and proper meal spacing has been paramount, as well as identifying my few acute fodmaps and reducing my workouts from constant overtraining to a more scientific recovery and managing stress, it’s amazing how many different things interfere with the gut/brain axis, especially stress and hormone fluctuation, once you develop a problem it can be quite difficult, especially without a good doc or someone to talk to with similar experience so I thank you for the motivation to reduce my smoking, hopefully in 6mo or a year I can come back and add something positive.

Mommy didn't let me get new skis:(

All seriousness though like never. I feel bad when I get upset or angry over something and make it seem more important then it is.
