i ski in ohio, which is undoubtably worse.

I ski mt. ripley on a daily basis come winter time. I would say that Ripley and Mt. Marquette are both pretty sick and have much better parks then anything down state. Since Ripley is owned by the college a student runs the groomer and he is awesome with it and because mostly college kids ski there the park is a big part of the hill. As for bohemia all i can say is $99 season pass for a awesome tree sking powder fest.

yeah i live in west mich...i go to school about 30 min. from cab. peaks, its small but i think they have a new park this year, boyne is ok, crystal mtn. is ok, they have a decent park for the BX series, Bittersweet is small, but they get more toys every year, no super big hits though, mostly just rails nubs is sick, serchmont is sick, mt. bohemia is ok, etc. etc....always looking for more people to ride w/holla

 
Ive skied the U.P. not for a couple years though.. I liked whitecap mt(its actually on the wis. side but generally regared as a U.P. resort )its low key, older lifts and stuff. More of a big mountain feel verses groomed, and over regulated midwest type hills, i dont think they make any snow. no park that i remember. I have been to most of the places around Bessemer.

'THE WALL' Pine Knob, MI Making booters off it when a terrain park was non existant. Sad part is that is still my home hill. I have skied almost everywhere in Michigan. From Nubs to skyline, bittersweet and timber ridge, Marquette to Pine Knob, Mt. Holly, and Alpine Valley.

I grew up skiing mt ripley in houghton and ill go to marquette sometimes. Iv also skid lots of the UP and boyne and nubs but ripley and MQT are the best hills in MI. Now I got to Mich State...turns out there is nowhere to ski here so it might suck in the winter - I think Ill cry

Yep, i live 20 minutes from Apple. I ski at boyne almost every weekend, and Nubnob arbitrarily.

ive skied BIG POWDERHORN, brule, indian head, black jack, and fuckin' marquette. marquette is the only one with a nice park, the rest are gay.
