Have you ever seen a girl doing a dub front?

didn't suz graham throw a proper dub front at Cold Rush 2010 in Retallack? Or was it a front of a cliff and a dub back off a booter, can't remember.

That's what takes out ACL & MCL or LCL.

ACL is what stops the bottom part of your lg from going forward, so under rotating does that.

When you under rotate often the leg will twist tearing usually the medial ligament and the ACL due to the twisting and the forward motion. Or at least that is what my surgeon told me.

props i guess but this is newschoolers. dub fronts are kinda from the screamen seaman aerial era. plus once you get them in a foam pit, their as easy as a 7
