I dont know what you consider a "real" gap...but standing ontop of the run in to the old 40 road gap is pretty fucky real! all you see is a small packed out area above a 25 foot rock/cliff and donner lake in the back drop...as you role in and launch you realize that you have at least 60-feet to clear the road ( while being at least 30-feet above it)...fucking real and damm scary the land is wide open, but the snow blowers they use to clear the highway creat kind of an avy debris landing field that compresses hard....

those alta gaps are similar....in someways easier cause you can see the landing during the inrun to the jump which is a big time boost to the confidence.....

I have yet to see a girl step up to the huge monsters that some guys are hitting...but I am sure if Burge or someone like her wanted to it would not be a problem
