May seem like a surprising title, but over the past few weeks I have posted many of my edits on facebook, and I gotta say, their video feature is on point.

Quick uploading, no size limit (i dont think) and fairly good quality for a non-video specific site.

I really like it.

any one else?
 
The limit is 300 megs, and the quality gets downsized a bit, but overall, its quite easy to do
 
did you guys know that facebook is actually run by government agencies? the terms of service even says that it has the right to document and file any information like pictures and video, even if you deleted them. how do you think they make so much money? theres maybe like 1 ad on there and thats it.
 
and can i ask what the hell you do on facebook that makes any of this matter? the government knows your favorite bands, interests, and knows that you changed your profile picture 3 times in the last week. OH NO
 
i see people but photos of their graffiti, smokin, huge bags of weed, alcohol, it seems like alot of schools have facebook networks, you have to bet that some school administrator has access to all of your photos and shit...
 
If you're stupid enough to post pics of yourself doin illegal shit, you deserve whatever is coming to you...
 
everything on the internet can be accessed by anyone. if this is new knowledge to anyone, you dont deserve to use the internet.
 
wired magazine ran an article on facebook, the u.s has denied people visiting right becasue of their facebook profiles, same as myspace.

one of canadas most influential psychologists wrote on his blog about an experience he had in the 60's with lsd, and the states denied him ( basic idea, cant remeber the exact facts, about who he was or where he was from)
 
i heard about a woman who killed a passenger of her driving drunk and since the accident she put photos of herself in social settings with wine in her hand and prosecuters used these photos to prove that she hadnt learned her lesson from killing a human being from drinking and put her in prison.
 
Did you know that its not run by government agencies? You're fucking dumb. What do you mean they can document information? You're the one documenting it when you upload it.

How do they make money? Ads, venture capital, other investors. Microsoft invested 500 million dollar in facebook in 2007.
