How do you feel about the mitt outside with this inside? As long as you can’t see the split all good?
 
I'm so over it with the alternative underground indie simp anthems people are putting their edits to. I don't watch park skiing to listen to Cocateau twins or the smiths or some shit, just gimme some mac dre or chief keef and be done with it. No one cares how edgy and artistic your music taste is

I'm so over rap and hip hop and how it's become the new pop music. It's almost all uninspired, crass, and devoid of any artistry. When I'm watching a ski movie, I don't want to hear someone mumbling over a generic Dj Mustard beat for the thousandth time

My hater take is the opposite, that oldhead rap sounds like shit and Young Thug and Carti sound way better. If you put Bone Thugs-N-Harmony or Mac Dre in a ski edit I'll beat tf outta you, be an adult and put Youngboy NBA in the video or I'm not watching
 
i hate poorly built jumps. you know the sort where 1mph too slow and you knuckle or 1mph too fast and take it to the bottom of the landing? 1500+ park days and my knees can't take that shit anymore

I hate overpriced used skis. I dont care if you paid $800 for them new, Im not paying $600 for skis that have been drilled. And no, your clapped out, drilled twice JJs from 2016 with a massive gouge in the base that was never filled are not worth $250. And your demo griffons do NOT increase the value of the ski by $100. I now have to screw around with taking them off and either mountain them on some beaters that I will never ski, putting them in a corner of the garage, or feel guilty selling them to high schoolers on facebook for $20

I do wear regular mitts. But I’ve heard a lot of people say the split are more comfortable. I’ve tried a pair on in store but never skied them.

Idk man, hip hop is tried and true. Dont get me wrong, with the right style, hip hop slaps on an edit. But i feel like the indy rock vibe works way better. Shredding a terrain park you paid 700 dollars to ride for a few months isnt exactly "gangster" or "Hard" in my book.

Having said that, The Smiths are in the same category as the lobster gloves for me lol. Cocateau Twins rock tho, i love them !

I agree w this. Carti slaps. 90's hip hop used to slap but its just been done so much better by the big dogs like Henrik, Simon, and Tom. They actually do that energy justice w their skill.

I was only slightly kidding, I mean the old stuff isn't really my taste cuz I never "loved hip hop" growing up i listened to screaming and the way young thug raps sounds similar to the way a lot of metal artists manipulate their voices with the pig squeal shit. It's artistic af and sounds amazing and everyone should use young thug in their edits, keegan kilbride been doing that and it's the most primo shit ever haha

I hate that I had COVID last week. I hate that I haven’t been sleeping enough this week and the two combined made me exhausted last skate session. It reminds me of when I’m skiing park and I’m off and I just burn up with frustration at my body not responding to my mind!!!
 
Lowkey hate Colby Stevenson, like do makes knuckle huck so boring tbh, like he turns it into big air. Also fuck country music, that shit pisses me off, fuck my local park crew they just suck and only build features for themselves. Fuck blue mountain that place sucks, and fuck those IG guys who say if you pay me 50$ a month you’ll be good at skiing
 
I hate all these ride on and massive lip jib features in the park. “We gotta make it for everybody” bro that’s why we have a baby park. If you don’t wanna feel like a baby learn urban on.

Also what’s up with all these 15’ features, being back long rails! My old hill made “new” features by taking all the old long rails and chopping them in half

chief keef is very overdone imo, u almost except it atp lol, work for a lot of ppl. who used ct tho? I can’t recall seeing a ski vid with their music, only certain people can make shoegaze work, either it feels forced
