Hello there my fellow Newschoolers members, lets me first start by saying that yes I am drunk, and 2ndly I give none fucks. Yes I searchbared, but there just wasn't quite the right thread for this (please see previous sentence in reference to the amount of fucks given.)
I wanted to express how stoked I am on life at this exact moment, and give other members a chance to claim when life just seems to be going rad.
Here's where I'm at; I'm 22 and just got a job as a wild land firefighter, but I'm lucky enough to work as a ski tech/bootfitter in the winter( I just got a pair of some of next years atomic boots and they're rad [ way maker carbon 130, check them out they're dope]). I have an awesome girlfriend ( she's 28 and a cocktail waitress, and we share a sweet ass apartment 2 blocks from downtown, hence being hammered...) I just got back from doing some preseason work doing fuels reduction which has me in the best shape of my life. ( seriously I weigh less than what it says on the drivers license I got when I was 16) I'm going down to the motorcycle dealership tomorrow to buy myself a new motocross bike, and to top it all of I found out I have family in the town I live in, so I've been able to start getting to know a cousin my age I never really knew I had and he's one of the coolest guys I've met.
I know it seems like a super douche bag thing to do to claim all this shtuff at once and that's really not what I want, but basically, I currently feel wonderfully blessed in life, and I just wanted to be able to put some of the super rad things I've been feeling into words as an anonymous member of this community. So please fellow newschoolers, tell me...Why are you stoked on life?
