Has FD redeemed their moral reputation by posting videos of awesome shit?

Sorry, on phone but the amount of lies or bullshit comments about FD is a legit legal claim for them. If you make statements that would cause them to loose business you or you parents are responsible for the lose of wages you may have caused.Saying you wouldn'y by FD because it's not your style is one thing, stating comments that could damage the company or decrease sales do to defamatory comments is another thing. I am currently looking into false statements.
 
I'm not even going to offer my opinion because it doesn't matter… but lesh lives a sick life.. sure last friday was over the top, but who really gives a fuck? nobody should, how does it effect your life.. i feel like fd is hated on because NS simply needs a company to hate on… i have a first drop suit and find it comfortable as shit, and good quality. that should be all that it comes down to.. this thread is dildoes… pull the spoons out of your vaginas.

because he is concerned about others safety that may be in the area? I dont care if you own a gun, hunt, or like to shoot them on your private land or a gun range, but in a public area its fucking stupid to be shooting at a sign.
 
actually him shooting the sign was probably on private land because its falling over or whoever put it in the ground should be fired.

A few reasons why I, personally wear FD:

1. They fit very very very baggy, which I like

2. I got mine for cheap, so when I tear them apart on Snowflex I don't feel bad (And yes, EVERY outerwear brand gets torn apart)

3. The vents of them work quite well for the humid days.

David Lesh is one one nicest people i have ever met. purple should learn that not everyone likes the same outerwear. people should also stop taking the videos so serious
 
This is one of those threads in which I really have hardly anything to say after the first post. His crew looks like their having a damn good time, and though I know nothing firsthand about their product quality, I am slightly inclined to buy some of their stuff just because they are having a good time. Who would have know that marketing actually works? Sidenote: I love LINE skis, and yes, that definitely has to do with their image.

Both slander and libel defamation are torts which are not subject to criminal law, but personal civil cases.

Additionally, it is NOT illegal so you are not bound to the law and punishments thereof.

It is solely situation dependent and how much lead the civil courts intend to give you.

Essentially fancy terminology for a lawsuit.

As for FD,

They try far too hard to give a fuck about not giving a fuck.

They are childish in nature as a professionally represented company and as such, I chose to not support them. Take it as you will.
 
FD is sick, haters gonna hate. but anyone who didn't find last friday/gillahouse tv to be hilarious and epic probably doesn't have alot of fun with their lives.
